Born in the Netherlands and also a Moroccan citizen, the former midfielder, now 49, is subject to a restraining order, preventing him from approaching the victim within a distance of 500 meters. Furthermore, Oulida has already compensated the victim with compensation of 53.3 thousand reais, helping to avoid his arrest.

As part of the agreement with the Spanish justice system, the defendant agreed not to appeal the sentence and conviction. According to the victim’s report, Oulida sexually assaulted her while she slept, taking advantage of the opportunity when they were alone.
